Mural-Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Millington, TN for a contract-to-hire role. You will service mechanical and electrical systems in a heavy industrial processing environment and diagnose issues quickly to keep systems online. The job offers 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights) with overtime potential.

Ideal candidates have multicraft experience, PLC troubleshooting skills, and a background in process manufacturing. A drug test and background check are required after offer.

Qualifications

• Multicraft background with real experience on both the mechanical and electrical side.
• PLC troubleshooting and fault-navigation.
• Experience in heavy industrial or process manufacturing environment (chemical, mineral, metals, paper, food and beverage, refinery, or similar).
• Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts including nights.
• Drug test and background check required post-offer.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot PLC faults and navigate control logic; modify programs if capable.
• Maintain dust collection systems, ductwork, piping, valves, and pneumatic conveying equipment.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and pipefitting as needed.
• Work within a CMMS/SAP system to document and close work orders.
