Job summary

Mural is partnering with a global manufacturer to hire a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician in Henderson, KY. You will keep highly automated production lines running, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, working with PLC-controlled systems, and maintaining CMMS records.

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with motors, drives, conveyors, and automated equipment.
Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
Familiarity with PLC systems for troubleshooting purposes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights or weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Support equipment uptime by responding quickly to breakdowns and minimizing production disruption.
Execute and improve preventive maintenance programs to increase equipment reliability.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Work with PLC-controlled systems to diagnose faults and support troubleshooting (no programming required in most cases).
Collaborate with production teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation within CMMS systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
