Job summary

MonoSol, LLC in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician to install, repair and maintain production equipment, and to perform preventative maintenance to maximize plant uptime.

The role requires mechanical and electrical experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to work safely with industrial tools; candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant technical training.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance (mechanical and electrical).
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience with steam, water, and compressed air piping installation and maintenance.
• Experience with motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, sensors and relays; CMMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, clean work environment per policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional relations with coworkers and management.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to production equipment.
• Continuously monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Safe use of industrial hand tools and shop equipment.
• Complete all required paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
