Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training preferred with mechanical and industrial electrical skills.
• Experience as a Maintenance Technician preferred.
• 2-5 years of maintenance and repair experience on building and mechanical equipment.
• Experience or ability to learn welding both flat and vertical.
• Basic electrical knowledge of low voltage controls and motors up to 480 A 3-phase; proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a wide range of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.
• Schedule periodic maintenance on property and equipment.
• Inspect, repair, install, and maintain 3-phase electrical systems and related equipment.
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed; maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare and maintain work orders for maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all safety practices and procedures.
