Job summary

Flint Group is seeking a Maintenance & Electrical Technician to repair, maintain, and upgrade our manufacturing equipment. The role combines electrical and mechanical tasks with strong emphasis on preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience and can read schematics, diagnose issues, and fabricate parts as needed. On-site position requiring teamwork and timely work delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Must be safety conscious and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing or facility equipment to ensure reliable operations.
• Perform multi-craft maintenance with emphasis on electrical and preventive tasks.
• Read and follow mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Use root cause analysis to diagnose failures across systems.
• Fabricate replacement or new parts using machining equipment.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and support production setups.
