Reliance, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment to maximize production quantity and quality.

This role supports company policies, goals and objectives and requires strong hands-on mechanical skills. The candidate should bring 5–10 years of steel/industrial production maintenance experience, with familiarity in CNC controlled equipment, overhead cranes, hydraulic systems, and heavy wheel/trailer repair.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of steel/industrial production maintenance experience.
• Experience as heavy wheel mechanic and trailer repair.
• Familiarity with CNC controlled equipment, overhead cranes and hydraulic equipment.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective action.
• Monitor plant equipment and systems performance.
• Coordinate repairs and manage outside suppliers as needed.
• Report weekly/monthly maintenance and status in a timely manner.
• Communicate needs and timeliness of repairs to plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
