Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking cooks to support multiple restaurant concepts—Rally’s, Charleys, Bojangles, and Black Bear Diner—at a high-volume Las Vegas area location. You will prepare, cook, and plate items while maintaining quality and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous cook, kitchen, grill, or food prep experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to brand standards and recipes.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance.
• Stock and prep ingredients throughout the shift.
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods while supporting team operations.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and company procedures.
• Assist across multiple concepts as business needs require.
