LV Petroleum LLC in Las Vegas is hiring cooks to support Rally’s, Charleys, Bojangles, and Black Bear Diner across high-volume locations. You will prepare and cook items to brand standards, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and support multi-concept operations.

Qualifications

• Previous cook, kitchen, grill, or food prep experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to brand standards and recipes
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
• Stock and prep ingredients throughout the shift
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods while supporting team operations
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and company procedures
• Assist across multiple concepts as business needs require
