Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English clearly.
• Second language skill preferred among participants.
• Knowledge of early childhood development concepts.

• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and conduct home visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement center goals, policies, and procedures.
• Check in daily with Education Director to review staffing needs.
• Provide classroom support across multiple classrooms to maintain ratios.
• Assist in supervising children with age-appropriate programs.
• Maintain records of children’s progress and classroom materials.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and parent conferences.
• Transition between classrooms as needed to support operations.
