• Move between classrooms as needed and report absences.
• Provide a safe, organized learning environment with developmentally appropriate activities.
• Support one-on-one and group activities to encourage language, exploration and problem solving.
• Assist with lesson plans, observations and record keeping for each child.
• Collaborate with teachers, CDT, and parents to support child growth.
