Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• General computer and typing skills preferred.
• Product knowledge of Collectables and Books/Media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uses keywords in auction titles and takes clear photos with item details.
• Accurately inventories, picks and prepares outgoing multichannel product.
• Performs quality control for multichannel listings ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborates with management to resolve processing, listing, inventory and customer service issues.
• Attends trainings and supports multichannel awareness during team huddles.
• Trains team members in multichannel processing and donation assessment.
• Maintains equipment and reports supply needs promptly.
• Keeps work areas clean, safe, and organized; provides excellent service to donors.
