Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Texas is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform routine and advanced imaging, support other technologists, and facilitate patient flow across campuses.

You will troubleshoot basic maintenance, participate in QA, and adhere to imaging standards while keeping patient confidentiality and safety at the forefront.

A State licensure is required; ARRT radiography certification; BLS; 1 year hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent required.
• 1 year of hospital experience preferred.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains adherence to hospital policies, confidentiality, and reliability.
• Promotes staff growth and engagement through collaboration with management and physicians.
• Supports radiologists and referring physicians to enhance physician satisfaction.
• Adheres to imaging safety, privacy, and equipment handling standards.
• Ensures exams are properly scanned and stored in PACS and assists with downtime procedures.
