Qualifications

• 1+ Year of experience using precision measuring tools.
• 1+ Year of experience operating 3, 4, or 5 axis NC/CNC machine tools.
• 2+ Years experience using a computer including internet navigation, email, and other applications.
• 1+ Year working with detailed work instructions or interpreting blueprints and drawings.
• Must frequently lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for job setup by reviewing production and work orders.
• Ensure correct work order and parts are at the machine.
• Select and validate cutting tools and monitor machine performance.
• Run CNC programs to cut and drill parts, making necessary adjustments.
• Conduct in-process and post-machining checks on parts.
