Job summary

Sterling Spaces is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead and optimize hospitality operations across multiple event venues in the United States. You will supervise catering, bar, and service teams, ensuring top-tier guest experiences and profitable event execution.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of F&B/event management, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of food safety and inventory control. This role requires evenings, weekends, and extended hours during large events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in food & beverage, catering, hospitality, or event management preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience managing catering, weddings, corporate events, or high-volume operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and ABC regulations preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of all F&B services for Sterling Spaces events across venues.
• Ensure catering, bar, and beverage operations meet standards and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain consistent service standards and operating practices.
• Coordinate with events, sales, operations, and venue management teams.
• Ensure event teams are prepared with equipment, supplies, food, beverages, and staffing.
• Monitor event execution and provide hands-on leadership as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues during events and resolve operational challenges.
• Conduct post-event reviews to identify improvements.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Establish performance expectations for guest service and professionalism.
• Maintain team culture centered on hospitality and accountability.
• Manage staffing levels based on event size and requirements.
