Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Portsmouth, VA is seeking a Store Manager to drive results across assigned stores. You will oversee food quality, labor, and service goals, review P&L with your supervisor, and ensure proper staffing and training for all team members.

You will manage budgets, safety, maintenance, and the rollout of new products, while maintaining a minimum 4-star store standard and ensuring timely reporting and paperwork across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Ensure food, labor and service goals are met.
• Review P&L with direct supervisor monthly.
• Minimum 50-hour work week with one day off and one on-call day.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed Domino’s Standards and tips targets.
• Ensure staffing and training for all team members.
• Oversee repair and maintenance across stores.
• Implement new products and ideas seamlessly.
• Maintain stores at minimum 4-star standard.
• Perform self-audits in first week of each period and correct as needed.
• Complete evaluations and raises as needed; notify documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments and reports.
• Ensure store-level reports are complete and accurate.
• Know all product and operational standards.
• Follow safety and security procedures; keep equipment functional.
• Maintain store budgets.
• Prepare and deliver school lunches per standards.
• Provide accurate accountability and maintain paper trail.
• Ensure equipment is available and used correctly.
• Perform monthly inventory checks.
• Use systems checklists and visit logs.
