• Manage labor, inventory, and variable costs within targets.
• Review and approve purchase orders and team schedules.
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections for execution excellence.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and training for new hires.
• Provide real-time feedback on food cost control and efficiency.
• Ensure admin and reporting tasks are completed accurately.
