Job summary

• Oversee all store results and ensure food, labor, and service goals are within targets.
• Review P&L with direct supervisor each month.
• Maintain minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
• Ensure stores meet Domino’s Pizza Standards and safety procedures.
• Staff and train all team members; manage repairs and maintenance across stores.
• Implement new products or ideas smoothly and maintain 4-star operation level.
• Complete evaluations and raises as needed and ensure paperwork is submitted timely.
• Ensure all store reports and paperwork are accurate and complete.
