Job summary

JM Wireless LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Multi-Unit Retail Sales Manager to lead multiple Metro by T-Mobile locations, driving sales and elevating the customer experience. You will manage operations, staffing, scheduling, and store performance while mentoring a dynamic team and partnering with leadership to implement new initiatives.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail management, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and the ability to lift 25 pounds and stand long hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales.
• 2-4 years in sales and sales management experience.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences.
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing efforts.
• Oversee all retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
• Coach and develop team members to excel in customer service and sales.
• Resolve customer issues to enhance their Metro By T-Mobile experience.
• Drive sales and operational excellence through embracing new initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Recruit team members passionate about technology and customer relationships.
• Support team growth through training development and mentorship.
• Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
• Create and maintain schedules at or under labor budget.
• Oversee store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.
