Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage operations as Manager on Duty.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of staff; schedule and coach.
• Assist with payroll review and labor management; control costs.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and company standards are met.
• Drive high-volume promotions and guest-experience excellence.
