Responsibilities

• Operate daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, interview, select, onboard and retain staff.
• Utilize company training programs to build an efficient and friendly staff.
• Develop talent to promote and fill internal management positions.
• Maximize profit by ensuring systems for food, labor and cash management are used.
• Model excellent customer service and monitor customer feedback.

• Grow sales through operations and community involvement.
