Job summary

Domino's Pizza in the United States is hiring immediately for a General Manager in Training to join their team. This role requires leadership, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts across stores of varying sizes and locations.

You will participate in an extensive training program, learn store operations, and strive to deliver fast, accurate products while maintaining cleanliness and a professional appearance in line with grooming

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and a valid license, registration and insurance.
• Experience in management, customer service or restaurant operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of customer service representatives and delivery drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Prepare products accurately and ensure proper portions and recipes.
• Deliver products safely from store to customer.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Maintain professional grooming standards.
