The role emphasizes implementing SOPs, coaching teams, managing P&L, and maintaining high standards across two sites. A strong, adaptable leader who can work evenings and late shifts will thrive.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee operations across two established, 24-hour restaurants in Louisville, Kentucky. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who excels at improving procedures, developing managers, strengthening operational consistency, and driving restaurant performance across multiple locations.

Multi-Unit General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven restaurant management experience, with multi-unit leadership experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to implement SOPs, improve operating procedures, and establish consistent standards
• Strong experience coaching, training, and developing employees and managers into effective leaders
• Working knowledge of restaurant P&Ls, labor management, food costs, inventory, and operational performance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts, while remaining actively involved in daily operations

Multi-Unit General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

• Background in fast-casual, high-volume, or operationally driven restaurant concepts, including 24-hour environments
• Experience building training programs, improving accountability, and creating consistent procedures across shifts
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work alongside restaurant teams and lead shifts when needed
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities across two locations
• Proven ability to develop managers, strengthen operational execution, and improve restaurant performance through effective leadership
