Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in the United States. You will collaborate with restaurant leaders to improve sales, manage labor and food costs, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership, a proven track record in developing people, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We offer a collaborative culture, ongoing training, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
