Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit operations across assigned restaurants. You’ll drive sales, labor and food cost targets while mentoring restaurant leaders and building a strong team culture.

In this role you’ll spend 2–3 days on-site per location, provide direction, and develop future leaders. You’ll foster a positive, fast-paced environment with clear expectations and a commitment to guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales.
• Strong leadership, enthusiastic, positive, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Be good to others. Be good to yourself.
