Staab Management is seeking an Area Coach to oversee Pizza Hut locations in the Midwest. You will coach General Managers, build strong teams, drive sales and profits, and uphold food quality and guest experience across multiple units.

The role requires at least 5 years of multi-unit leadership in a QSR setting, strong leadership abilities, financial acumen, and willingness to travel. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• P&L experience and understanding of financial metrics.
• Organized, results-driven, capable of managing multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Responsibilities
