Job summary

Pizza Hut, through Staab Management, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations in the Midwest. You will drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while ensuring top operational standards.

The role requires strong P&L acumen, proven multi-unit restaurant leadership, and the ability to travel and manage several locations with a hands-on approach to coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
