Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead multiple locations. You will coach and develop Restaurant General Managers, build strong teams, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Applicants should be 21+, with 5+ years in multi-unit QSR leadership and solid P&L experience. A willingness to travel and flexible scheduling are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
