Staab Management, the Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop multiple Restaurant General Managers across locations. The role focuses on driving sales, improving guest experience, and upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and willingness to travel to oversee several sites. This is a full-time, field-based leadership position within a dynamic franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
• Execute company initiatives across all locations.
