Staab Management is seeking an Area Coach to lead Pizza Hut locations across the Midwest. You will coach and develop Restaurant General Managers, build strong teams, and drive sales, profit, and guest satisfaction at each site.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit leadership, strong P&L acumen, and a willingness to travel to multiple locations. A structured benefits package and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.
