Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-unit management experience.
• 5+ years merchandising experience.
• 5+ years of P&L responsibility across multiple units.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screenings including DOT where applicable.
• Ability to navigate various computer systems daily.

Responsibilities

• Travel across multiple locations to support operations and training.
• Oversee daily retail operations ensuring efficiency and consistency with company goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive performance.
