Job summary

Charter Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to provide year-round preventive maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our Taco Bell, KFC, and Long John Silver's restaurants.

The role focuses on ensuring uptime and safety across all locations. You will perform routine inspections, diagnose issues, and coordinate with restaurant teams to minimize downtime while following company standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Entry Level 3 years experience in maintenance or related field.
• Technical school graduation or degree required.
• HVAC/R, kitchen equipment, ice machines and basic maintenance skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R in our restaurants.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair restaurant equipment; coordinate with teams to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
