The technician will carry out regular inspections, respond to equipment issues, and ensure safety and reliability across sites, contributing to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: Entry Level 3 years
• Minimum Education: Technical School Graduate or Degree
• HVAC/R, Kitchen Equipment, Ice Machines, and Basic Maintenance Skills

Responsibilities

• Perform year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R.
• Inspect ice machines and walk-in refrigeration for proper operation and safety.
• Maintain facilities across restaurant locations and follow safety protocols.
