• QSR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations of restaurant.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels including recruiting, interviewing, selecting and onboarding crew members and retention.
• Ensure utilization of all training programs to create an efficient, friendly staff.
• Develop talent to promote and fill management positions internally.
• Maximize restaurant profit by managing food, labor and cash systems.
• Be a role model of excellent customer service.
• Monitor and review customer feedback with the team to improve experience.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness of restaurant inside and out.
• Grow restaurant sales through operations and community involvement.
• Review restaurant P&L and create improvement plans.
