Job summary

Subway is seeking a proven Multi-Unit General Manager to take full operational ownership of our Arvada/Westminster locations. You will lead two stores with a strong emphasis on profit, people, and guest service, earning a stable salary plus a transparent bonus structure.

You will be the CEO of your patch, building teams, shaping culture, and driving results across both stores through hands-on leadership and strategic oversight. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of restaurant management experience with a deep, proven focus on multi-unit P&L, multi-site labor control, and food costs.
• A Coach mentality—you excel at developing Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to reduce turnover across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example; oversee operations across two Subway locations.
• Travel routinely between Arvada/Westminster and adjacent sites to audit, manage inventory transfers, and respond to urgent store needs.
• Set regional culture, build the management team, and drive store performance to meet corporate standards.

The Financial Breakdown

• Annual Salary: $52,000-$60,000 per year, paid bi-weekly based on a management schedule of 50+ hours/week (or as needed by job demand).
• Monthly Bonuses: Earn up to an extrauptown 10% bonusby hitting performance targets in labor management, food costs, and sales growth across your patch.
• Total Value: A predictable base income with a transparent bonus structure that puts your total earning potential well above the market average.

Schedule & Operations Expectations

• Availability: Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the operational needs of the restaurants.
• Multi-Unit Travel & Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to travel routinely between the Evergreen and Idaho Springs locations to conduct audits, manage inventory transfers, handle bank deposits, and respond to urgent store demands.
• Hands-on Leadership: General Managers must lead by example, working peak hours alongside the store teams during heavy volume periods to ensure corporate brand standards are met.
