MCK Group in Hartwell, GA and Seneca, SC is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee 5-6 gas station/convenience locations. You will lead operations, coaching store managers, and monitoring sales, labor, and inventory to drive profitability.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, reliable travel between locations, and the ability to implement procedures, promotions, and staffing improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-unit management experience strongly preferred.
• Gas station, convenience store, retail, or restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable reviewing sales, inventory, labor, and financial performance.
• Must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Regular travel between Hartwell, Lavonia, and Seneca locations is required.
• Must be available to address occasional after-hours or weekend operational issues.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, alcohol/tobacco regulations, lottery procedures, and other applicable laws
• Address operational issues quickly and communicate major concerns to ownership/management
• Assist with implementing new company procedures, promotions, and operational improvements

We are seeking an experienced and dependable District Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of 5-6 gas station/convenience store locations throughout Hartwell and Lavonia, Georgia, and Seneca, South Carolina. This position is responsible for ensuring each location operates efficiently, maintains high standards, achieves sales and profitability goals, and is properly staffed.
