Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Store Manager to drive all facets of store operations and influence performance across the team. You will lead a retail staff, promote a sales culture, share product knowledge, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while ensuring a clean, organized store environment that supports loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Support visual and operational elements and current sales initiatives.
• Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system accurately.
• Recruit, hire, and develop associates; ensure onboarding and training.
• Schedule staff and manage breaks to ensure optimal guest service.
• Oversee payroll processing and time off requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment per guidelines.
• Oversee Omni‑Channel orders, inventory, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain store records and ensure security and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards across the team.
