Six Flags Great America & Hurricane Harbor seeks a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations across multiple park locations. The role focuses on meeting financial expectations, inventory and labor control, and delivering guest-first service.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant management experience, a Safe Food Handling certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a multi-unit setting.
• Certified in Safe Food Handling or obtain certification within 60 days.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work up to 6 days a week including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily operation of locations to maintain compliance with Six Flags, FDA and local policies.
• Works toward profit goals by monitoring sales, cost of goods, and inventory.
• Assists with hiring, training, developing, and scheduling department staff.
• Monitors labor expenses and provides training and supervision for seasonal staff.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
