Job summary

Fitness Growth Capital is seeking an Area Director of Personal Training to oversee the performance, growth, and leadership of multiple Personal Training departments within Southern Maryland (DMV). You will develop PT Managers, drive revenue and profitability, and ensure clubs deliver exceptional coaching experiences for members.

Qualifications

• CPT preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in fitness.
• Multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Personal Training Managers across multiple locations.
• Drive PT revenue, profitability, and member engagement.
• Ensure consistent execution of PT systems, processes, and standards.
• Coach teams on consultations, sales, and client retention.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Directors to support club performance.
