Job summary

Ms. Clucks Deluxe at Time Out Market Boston is seeking an Area Manager, Fast Casual who can run great restaurants today while building the systems and teams for tomorrow.

You will own day-to-day performance, P&L, labor targets, food cost, inventory, and KPIs, while coaching managers and ensuring quality, service, and safety. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 with a performance bonus up to 10%, an opening bonus, dining discounts across Umami Riot locations, and a clear path to District

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, including leading multiple units.
• You know your numbers and own P&L, labor targets, food cost, inventory, and KPIs.
• You are a coach at heart with a track record of developing teams and opening restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of fast-casual concepts, including operations, hospitality, people, and financials.
• Lead P&L management: sales, labor, food cost, and four-wall performance.
• Coach and develop managers, build opening playbooks, and scale systems for future locations.
• Partner with Corporate Chef, HR, Marketing, and Operations to move the business forward.
