Job summary

TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer in Minnesota is seeking a Selling District Manager to oversee two stores in Oak Park Heights and Columbia Heights. You lead from the front, review district sales results, coach for improvement, and drive customer and community relationships.

The role combines sales leadership with operational discipline, including scheduling, cash handling, merchandising, talent development, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work full-time hours (averages 45 hours/week).
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation with ability to travel 100% of the time, including overnight travel.
• Ideal candidates will have multi-unit management experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two locations, drive sales performance and customer relationships.
• Review district sales results, coach for improvement, and stay connected to results.
• Lead from the front; observe sales interactions and coach in real time.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent; build succession plans.
• Balance sales leadership with operational excellence: policies, controls, and merchandising.
