Job summary

Huddle House is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Leader to oversee 3+ locations in South Georgia and surrounding areas. The role focuses on leading operations, recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing managers to deliver guest service and uphold Brand standards.

The ideal candidate has multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, strong HR and budgeting skills, and a proven track record of driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent in education and experience.
• Microsoft Office/Goole Suite proficiency.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for multiple locations to deliver great guest service and uphold Brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop managers and staff.
• Monitor inventory, labor and costs to protect profitability.
• Lead team meetings and communicate operations information to staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines.
