Huddle House in South Georgia seeks an experienced Multi-Unit Leader to oversee 3+ locations within the franchise. You will recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop managers and crews while ensuring adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, control costs, coach restaurant leaders, and drive sales through seasonal planning and strong operations execution. Prior multi-unit restaurant leadership is required.

Formación

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent in education and experience.
• Microsoft Office/Goole Suite proficiency.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee 3+ Huddle House locations, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Manage budgets and ensure brand standards are executed.
• Lead team meetings and communicate operations information.
• Monitor training progress and maintain safe, healthy work environment.
• Control costs through inventory and labor management.
• Develop action plans for seasonal forecasting to reach sales goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to managers and crew.
• Ensure guest service excellence and resolve guest concerns per brand processes.
