Job summary

Domino's Pizza Michigan District Manager role oversees 5–7 restaurant units with direct oversight of General Managers, driving sales, profitability, and adherence to Domino’s standards.

You will recruit, hire, train, and evaluate performance, while ensuring strong financial controls and brand compliance across the Michigan franchise network spanning Detroit to Flint with plans to expand. A customer-focused leadership style is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit or high-volume restaurant management experience (Domino’s preferred).
• Proven ability to lead, train, and support teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial/P&L analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5–7 restaurant units and lead management teams to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure financial controls, operation standards, policies, and procedures are followed to deliver a consistent brand experience.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and performance-manage unit staff to build a strong team.
• Provide hands-on support in a fast-paced environment as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
