Zaxbys is seeking a District Manager to oversee profitability and leadership development across 5–8 locations in the Orlando market. You will partner with marketing and recruiting to drive guest traffic, coach district teams, and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards.

The role requires proven multi-unit leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on building talent pipelines to grow the business. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of multi-unit experience.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Sets quarterly goals for each management team in line with the Zax LLC strategic plan and meets expected metrics.
• Develops store level managers through influence and governance.
• Recruits future talent that fits the Zaxbys culture.
• Plans and prepares for store visits with development focus.
• Ensures brand standards and procedures are upheld at all times.
• Works bi-weekly across district locations to drive performance.
