Garyjames Inc & Affiliates is seeking a District Manager for the Middle GA Territories to oversee all aspects of sales and operations across multiple branches. You’ll be accountable for ensuring compliance with policies while providing leadership and direction to staff. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of business management experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Work hours are Monday through Friday, with potential weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and أو five years of experience in business management of multiple operating units.
• Knowledge of data entry with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
• Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of office software programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policy and procedures are being followed in accordance with company guidelines.
• Accountable for monitoring and evaluating Branch Managers to meet corporate objectives.
• Conduct cold calls and follow up calls with Branch Managers.
• Provide direction, coaching, and oversight to staff.
• Coordinate with other Managers and Supervisors to ensure commonality of purpose.
