Casey’s District Managers oversee 12-15 locations in an assigned area and play a vital role in executing Casey’s strategic initiatives, driving sales, and ensuring that Casey’s is Here for Good! This role focuses on training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and Team Members, building a robust leadership pipeline, and delivering strong P&L results.

Travel to stores is required; bonuses are based on performance.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a large or multi-unit environment, with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Passion for training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and Team Members.
• Strong knowledge of business acumen—understanding of various business scenarios, and ability to adapt effectively during change, and provide valuable insights to achieve organizational goals.
• Accountable for delivering financial performance in the district through effective P&L management, delivering the best guest experience, and driving a culture of coaching, engagement and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel to provide a continued presence in stores.
