Casey’s District Managers oversee 12-15 locations in an assigned area and play a vital role in executing Casey’s strategic initiatives, driving sales, and ensuring that Casey’s is Here for Good! This leadership role rewards a strong track record in multi-unit retail and restaurant operations, financial reporting, coaching, and developing store teams, with travel to stay connected across the district.

Starting pay range: $88,700 - $110,900, with quarterly and annual bonuses; the full salary range

Qualificações

• Experience in a large or multi-unit environment, with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop Store Managers and Team Members.
• Strong business acumen and ability to adapt during change; provide insights to goals.

Responsabilidades
