Job summary

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) seeks an Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager to oversee multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers. You will lead teams, ensure quality service, and drive performance across locations in North Palm Beach/West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, translating high-level processes into store actions, and delivering superior customer experiences while pursuing growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of extraordinary management experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation.
• At least 3 references that verify your history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and solid 50+ hour work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for multiple automotive repair stores/centers.
• Translate executive and operational processes into store level tasks.
• Recruit, train, and direct employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the success of our vehicle service centers and auto stores.
