Atlantic Coast Enterprises is seeking a Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in East Boca Raton, FL. You will lead a team, drive sales, and maintain exceptional customer experiences while upholding the ACE mission of creating customers for life through fast, friendly, and professional service.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on results, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations, staffing, training, and customer relations in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Relevant sales and customer service experience.
Previous leadership experience a plus.
