Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) in Myrtle Beach, SC, is hiring a full-time Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager to lead several Jiffy Lube centers. You will be the frontline team captain, supervising operations across multiple vehicle service stores and driving performance.

You will recruit, train, and direct staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and work to WOW customers while achieving goals. 3+ years of strong management experience and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of extraordinary management experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation
• At least 3 references that verify your history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and solid 50+ hour work ethic

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of 75+ people and daily operations for multiple stores.
• Translate executive and operational processes into tangible store-level tasks.
